Weizer Dovrat

Dovrat ran for public office in the last municipal elections in 2014, becoming the Deputy Mayor of Ramat HaSharon. In her position, she works in the areas of education, planning and building, environment and anti-drugs, alcohol and violence. She also serves as the President of Migvanim and holds the portfolio of the “Women’s Council” in the city.
From 2009 through 2014 she was the founder and C.E.O. of Waterevive, a company dealing with the use of plants to clean water. During this time period, she also set up exhibits that took place in Israel, China, Mexico and India. For 2 years she served as the V.P. of Finance for an adventure capitalist firm.
She has been involved in Social Action and Community Service Projects including serving as the Chair of the Parent’s Council for the City of Ramat HaSharon. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the
“Yula” afterschool program.
She holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting.
