Conference Program

The conference was built around four units:

  1. Implementing the JCC vision through Jewish community building.
  2. Building the connection to Israel and the Jewish people.
  3. Creative ways of integrating Jewish learning and culture into our JCCs: aspirations, dilemmas and tools.
  4. Ensuring the future sustainability of the JCC.

As part of the planning process, interviews with directors and presidents of JCCs world-wide took place, for purpose of discussing how best to shape the interview data for the WCJCC 8th Quadrennial Conference in November 2009. Here is the Initial Presentation of Findings from those interviews.
