"TO LIFE" campaign for the High Holidays is back! Attention JCC Directors worldwide! We invite JCCs from around the world to participate in the JCC Global High Holidays "TO LIFE" campaign by preparing and sending online greetings to peer JCCs. This is an incredible opportunity to connect and develop relationships with peer JCCs from around the world, with a special focus on supporting JCCs in Ukraine and the region that are still greatly affected by the war.
Here are the 4 simple steps to participate: 1. Fill out a short interest form. 2. JCC Global will connect you with a SPECIFIC JCC and coordinate an online introduction call. If you would like to reconnect with the same JCC as in 2022, please let us know. 3. Your JCC prepares greetings and sends them to the peer JCC between September 4 and October 7, 2023. You can send letters, drawings, videos, or any other creative expression from youth, early childhood departments, adults, seniors, or staff. In return, your peer JCC will reciprocate with their own holiday greetings that you can share with your community members. Joint zoom celebrations are encouraged! 4. To conclude the festivities, we invite all JCCs to join our online celebration of the High Holidays on Wednesday, September 27, at 12:00 p.m. NY time/ 7:00 p.m. Israel time. A Google Calendar invitation with zoom link will be sent to you. Forty-six JCCs from around the world celebrated the High Holidays together in 2022 as part of the “TO LIFE” JCC Global campaign.
